Genevieve is a nationally board certified acupuncturist. She obtained a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine in 2019. She is trained in Chinese and Japanese acupuncture techniques, Chinese herbal medicine, Zheng Gu Tui Na and Shiatsu massage. Her passion lies in working within the realms of women’s health, psycho-emotional wellbeing and musculoskeletal pain conditions. She has done extensive study in the use of acupuncture for infertility and as adjunctive support for IVF.
Genevieve was first introduced to acupuncture and herbal medicine as a child, and it has been a constant source of healing and inspiration throughout her life. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her toddler, spending time in nature, strength training, reading novels and stoking her passion for education and personal growth. She has been practicing in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle and is excited to bring her work home to the community of Bainbridge Island, where she lives with her husband and son.
Genevieve is currently able to bill insurance as an in-network provider with Regence, Aetna and Kaiser PPO.
Genevieve will be on maternity leave from December 2024 to February 2025.
Devin McDermott is nationally board certified acupuncturist and East Asian Medicine practitioner. She received her Master’s in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from the vigorous clinic apprenticeship style program at Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine (SIEAM) in 2019. She trained in numerous modalities including Chinese herbalism, multiple styles of acupuncture, Shiatsu and Zheng Gu Tui Na massage techniques, moxibustion, cupping, Qi Gong, nutrition and Chinese medical translation under a diverse staff of amazing healers, scholars and teachers. After 15 years of living, dancing professionally and going to school in Seattle, she has moved back to her hometown with her husband, wild toddler and pup. She is honored to practice this transformative medicine and provide holistic, integrative patient centered care to her local community.
